EVENT PLANNING
MOTORCYCLE COMMUNITY
Motorcycling is my main passion, the one that takes up the most space in my life. I've been riding motorcycles since 2020, and I've become a real enthusiast of the world of sports bikes, especially since I started riding on tracks in 2022.
As the world of event planning has always been part of my interests, and motorcycling my greatest passion, I've managed to merge both worlds through various projects, such as:
-
Partnership with the Triumph Lausanne dealership - Moto Evasion SA in Crissier:
-
Collaboration contract as official ambassador
-
Creation of content for social networks (photos, videos and competitions)
-
Assistance in creating events (open houses, festivals, motorcycle shows)
-
Representation of the dealership abroad (track day in France)
-
-
Since 2023, I've been responsible for creating “the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride” for the Canton of Vaud:
-
Creation of various communication media (posters, flyers, newsletter registration forms, flags, banners, etc.).
-
Creation of a newsletter to raise awareness of the good cause behind the event, i.e. men's health.
-
Creation of presentation and sponsorship folder
-
Successful search for sponsors from scratch
-
Advertising on networks, requests for announcements to local radio stations and announcements to Communes
-
POCAMA application (request for authorizations from the Vaud State Trade Police)
-
Recruitment of volunteers for the day of the event, as well as a security guard
-
Partnership with the Écublens Plage event - managed by MM Events
-
Complete management of the event on D-day (approx. 150 bikes)
-
-
Management of communication materials for the “Bikers Date” event in 2023 and 2024:
-
Creation of posters, flyers and XXL banners
-
Creation of content for social networks
-
WEDDING PLANNING
In the midst of the pandemic, I decided to launch my own wedding planning business and created Kindred Spirits, a wedding and event planning services company, because I realized how important human contact and social interaction are to me, not to mention the satisfaction that a successful event brings to both the client and the wedding planner.
This unforgettable experience immersed me in the world of passionate personalities and local craftmen (and women) who share my love of detail.
Here are a few of the key things I realized during this experience:
-
Planning of weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding proposals, elopements, baby showers...
-
Inspirational Photoshoots: setting up a team of professionals and organizing the day (the goal is to simulate a wedding, with models playing the role of the bride and groom, the aim being to showcase the work of all the craftmen and professionals chosen for the day, on a specific theme).
-
Wedding Coaching: a service of my own invention, which I set up when I realized today's generation is much more interested in creating their own wedding, rather than leaving everything in the hands of a “stranger”. The aim was to give the couple all the tools they need to organize their own wedding, while remaining a kind presence they can count on for advice and support.
-
Coordination of the wedding all day long
-
Maintenance of a Wedding Blog:
-
Interviews and photo reports from wedding suppliers (wedding dress boutique, make-up artist, hair stylist, etc.).
-
Writing articles on various wedding-related topics
-
Creation of a calendar with events such as wedding fairs and festivals in French-speaking Switzerland
-
